Windows 8 - Not a Goood Start

Had a bad start testing Win8 on my VM WS7- Ran into the cutest looking ever: 


THE HAL_INITIALIZATION_FAILED - Have a look at the IMAGE!!!!!!!!

Worked a lot but no fix

THE REASON BEING MY vm ws 7 YOUR vm'S NEED TO BE UPDATED TO ws 8 IN CASE YOU WANT TO MOVE AHEAD.

Atlast had to install it in a Oracle Virtual Box but the experience with VDI's was overwhelming. A Freware as well as nicely built and a real GEM to install Win 8.

Now Boot it UP

MAKE SURE: HARDWARE VT is enabled from BIOS
