XenMobile - User 'postgrZDM' could not be created: The user account already exists. !

Error: User 'postgrZDM' could not be created: The user account already exists. !

Symptom: While installing XenMobile this error occurs when creating a new user for the PostgreSQL database.

Cause: There is an existing user with an identical username and needs to be deleted.

Resolution:  Open Command Prompt -> Type the command "net user postgrZDM /delete" and try to install once again.
