Upgrading Citrix AppController 2.8 to version 2.9
The launch of XenMobile MDM 8.6 also marked the launch of AppController 2.9. As of now we were using AppController 2.8 so now its time to upgrade. The upgrade procedure is very simple when compared to others.
Steps:
1. Download the .bin file for "App Controller Upgrade from App C 2.8 to App C 2.9" from the Citrix Download Center
2. Logon to AppController Web Console
3. Go to Settings -> Release Management -> Click on Upgrade
4. Browse to the downloaded .bin file and click on Upload
5. Click OK and check your AppController server
6. You should see the following activities going on
7. Once done the server the server will restart and you should be able to login and check the Software Release Build
