An Introduction to SAP Afaria Part 2

Okay, in the last part of this series we left at the login console of Afaria Cloud Edition. So now lets see whats inside:

Admin Console:

The Admin Console gets divided into a neat and clean format of Device, User Group, Policy & Server tabs.

The best part here is the customizable views that you can see besides the tabs.

Device:

Here you can get a list of devices that you have enrolled with their Model, Last Connection made and other relevant details

Policy:

The Policy section has all the default and custom policies assigned to the devices.

Server:

The server section is divided into Status(for server alerts)  and Diagnostics (for check connection status with AD & Devices)

Also, under Server Settings you can find the MS Exchange 365 Collaboration settings as shown below:

Another setting under Server is Schedule, allowing automated setup for Log Cleanup, applying policies, Refresh and many other options.

The Component setting under Server has the iOS Notification(APNS certificate enrollment), iOS Branding(Brand iOS devices with Custom Logos), Self Service Portal etc.
