An Introduction to Office 365
There's been a quite a lot hype regarding the Microsoft Online Services which was more heated after the addition of Exchange, SharePoint and Identity Management services to this list. Oooops I missed one of ma favorites Lync Online!!!
Recently, credits to my Program Manager I got an opportunity to test Office 365 and its new features and get accustomed to the consoles. In this post I have added the screen shots of different consoles you will encounter when working on Office 365.
Identity & Access Management Services:
If you have look at the home screen you can just imagine how powerful it is from the first glance. The best thing about O365 being you can either connect it to your existing domain(teamxchange.in) or use it as a separate identity and add/delete/manage users.
Single Sign On:
This feature in O365 allows you to synchronize your Online account with your corporate data and acting as a Single Platform for users. You have a complete step by step setup method for the same as shown below.
User Management Console:
Here you can either create new users or add your domain users to allow them use the online offerings.
Security Groups:
Domains:
Manage multiple domains using this console
Health Checks & License Management:
