I Hate these Online Installer packages- Please bring back Offline/Standalone Installers

I hate these new online installers from Microsoft and Google. We still have many people who cannot afford to have Internet hooked every time. These crappy installers install a small installer file which contains the server data location instead of the whole file and need to be connected to the Internet again when installation starts.

Try these standalone links for .Net Frameworks which are a MUST while Exchange installation.
