An error occurred. The error code was 3238218282. The message was Failed to contact Windows Domain Controller..

A very tricky error with a very common resolution!!!!!! But do remember there r other resolutions to it toooooo!!!

This error is nothing but directly related to ur IP configuration of the client or the DNS server!!!!

To diagnose this user the following command in cmd with Admin credentials:

dcdiag /test:dns

in case the error lead you back AAAA host errors- Be sure its something related to IPv6 configuration or the client is connected using incorrect manual IP configuration.

In case its not incorrect configuration then follow the guide to perform the IPv6 setup properly..............

If still this does not work...... Locate local hosts file from %systemroot%/system32/drivers/etc and  hash out the ::1 localhost entry in the hosts file

Restart and that should fix the issue!!!!!!!!
