OWA stops working after IISREST
Issue: OWA stops working after IISREST /noforce command
Cause: Unsuccessful IISRESET causes the W3SCV services to stop. Noticed mainly in production environment
Resolution:
Try starting the w3svc service using the net stop/ start command
"Run-> net start w3svc"
Check with OWA it should be up and running now else, try to restart the server.
