Explanation
This is an informational event that is logged if diagnostics logging on the Routing Engine category of the MSExchangeTransport Service on the Exchange Server has been set to Medium or higher.

To minimize Diagnostic Logging level for the same. Kindly follow the steps as shown below:

1. Open System Manager

2.  Locate First Administrative Group

3. Right Click Properties-> Select the Diagnostic Logging Tab

4. Go to MSExchange Transport and Select  Routing Engine/Service and minimize the Logging level to Minimum.
